Vinylcure

The Vinylcure ink system is a high-end UV / HUV / LED (380nm – 395nm) compatible system designed for printing on plastics. This series was developed specifically for plastic card manufacturing and exhibits the highest adhesion performance in the card manufacturing industry – even with 400% or more coverage. This product is developed specifically for PVC, but should also work on polycarbonate, styrene, and other plastic substrates with proper surface treatment. We suggest pretesting substrates and overlays for adhesion.

Plastick MQ

The Plastick MQ ink system is a UV compatible system designed for printing on plastics. This series is used in a variety of markets such as plastic card manufacturing, flat sheet plastics, point of purchase banners, etc. This product is developed specifically for PVC, but should also work on polycarbonate, styrene, and other plastic substrates with proper surface treatment. We suggest pretesting substrates and overlays for adhesion.

Pulse NPS

The Pulse NPS ink system is a UV compatible system designed for printing on non-porous substrates. While this series provides good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, it is not designed for applications where overlays are applied. Maintaining excellent water balance, rub resistance, and fine print fidelity, this series of inks is a predictable performer yielding exceptional results.
